About Us

Girls Hope & Beyond (GH&B) was established out of a deep concern for the challenges facing school-age girls, particularly those from underprivileged rural communities in Kenya- Africa who are forced to miss school due to lack of access to sanitary products and supportive learning environments. Recognizing the direct link between menstrual health, education, and empowerment, there was a dire need to form an organization that would provide practical, sustainable, and dignity-affirming solutions for girls, hence Girls Hope & Beyond.

From its inception, Girls Hope & Beyond (GH&B) has been guided by the belief that every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive with dignity and education. GH&B inspires hope for a brighter future by  enabling girls from rural vulnerable background to stay in school, avoiding early marriage. What began as a small initiative to distribute sanitary pads and offer mentorship in rural schools in Kenya- Africa, has grown into a structured community program that combines menstrual health support, educational empowerment, and life-skills development.

Our approach is built around the 3E Model – Enable, Educate, and Elevate:

• Enable: Ensuring girls have consistent access to sanitary pads and essential resources that keep them in school.

• Educate: Providing learning materials, mentorship, and workshops that promote academic excellence and    

   self-confidence.

• Elevate: Empowering girls to envision and achieve brighter futures through personal growth, leadership, and                   community engagement.

Over time, GH&B has evolved into a grassroots movement that works collaboratively with schools, teachers, students and parents to reduce barriers to girls’ education. The organization continues to champion menstrual health management and educational equity as key pillars of gender equality and social transformation.
